  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ

Directions:

  1. Add in a Blender or a Magic Bullet )preferred)
  2. Strawberries
  3. Banana (half of a 7 inch long banana)
  4. Grape juice (Welchs)
  5. Wheat germ (Kretschmer Original Toasted)
  6. Blend well, chill, drink
