Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (6 oz) container yogurt (any flavor )

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together pancake mix and water. Stir in granola.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake on griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve pancakes topped with yogurt.
