Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1 lb graded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup graded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook rice and add all ingredients except the cheddar. mix, spread in 9x11 pan, sprinkle with cheddar bake at 350 until heated through.
