Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat chiles in small sauce pan with butter until butter is melted.
  2. Simmer over low heat for about 2 minute.
  3. Slowly add flour and stir in to make rioux.
  4. Add milk and garlic then mix and simmer until desired consistancy is reached.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
