Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup. milk

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Combine eggs and milk; whisk into dry ingredients just until blended.
  3. Spray-grease muffin tin.
  4. Fill 2/3 full. (Fill any empty muffin cups with water while you bake)
  5. Bake 450 for 15 min.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 (do not open door!!!)
  7. Bake 15 min. longer or until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy, Love It, Savor it!!!
