Grandma's Creamed Spinach Only Better

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. If using frozen Spinach, thaw and drain well. If using fresh, rinse, chop and drain well.
  3. Grease a 1 quart covered casserole.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except corn flakes.
  5. Pour into casserole.
  6. Melt butter and mix with crushed corn flakes.
  7. Put corn flakes on top, cover and bake for 35-45 minutes.
