Grandma Harter's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can cooked pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove (optional)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie crusts.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes longer, or until middle of pie is firm.
