Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in wok.
  2. Fry onions till slightly browned.
  3. Stir fry garlic and ginger until a strong aroma emits.
  4. Add chicken, stir fry till cooked.
  5. Add celery, bell pepper, and water chestnuts, one by one.
  6. Stir fry for 30 seconds before adding next vegetable.
  7. Add sauces, stir fry to mix well, then serve immediately with rice.
