Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 large white onion
  • 3 -4 celery ribs
  • 1 tbsp garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Chop onion into 1 piece. Slice celery down the middle of the stalk, then slice it up.
  2. Brown beef in a large pot or frying pan. Add celery and onions and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, and all spices. Stir and simmer.
  4. Boil pasta as directed. Drain. Add pasta to sauce mixture. Simmer for 45 minutes.
