Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 1/2 of bread cubes in greased baking dish. Add shrimp, mushrooms, and 1/2 cheese. Top with remaining bread and cheese. Beat together eggs and seasoning; add milk and pour over all. Let stand in refrigerator for one hour. Bake in slow oven 40-45 minutes or till just set.
