  1. Combine yogurt, cottage cheese, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper mix into potatoes and place into a well greased 1-quart casserole.
  2. Dribble on melted butter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
