Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 of the velveeta.
  2. Spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated. Top with remaining velveeta. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt.
