Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add the milk, mayonnaise, chives, garlic powder and pepper; mash potatoes.
  5. Stir in cheese and bacon.
