Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place 6 slices on a griddle or skillet, buttered side down.
  4. Spread about 1/3 cup filling on each slice.
  5. Top with remaining bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
