Glazed Cinnamon Mocha Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, combine quick bread mix and swirl mix from packet; mix well.
  4. Add oil, 2 tablespoons coffee and egg; blend well.
  5. Add chips; mix well.
  6. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls; place on sprayed cookie sheets.
  7. Flatten balls to 1/2-inch thickness.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 9 to 14 minutes or until edges are set and light golden brown.
  9. Cool 1 minute.
  10. Remove from cookie sheets; place on wire rack.
  11. Cool 10 minutes.
  12. In small bowl, combine glaze from packet and 1 teaspoon coffee; blend until smooth.
  13. Drizzle glaze over cookies.
