Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1 1/4 tsp gingerroot, freshly grated
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups carrots, grated

Directions:
