Gingered Lime Gelatin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set the pineapple aside.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.
  3. Stir in ginger ale, ginger and the reserved juice.
  4. Chill until syrupy, about 45 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a 6-cup mold coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
