Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly spray 9 baking dish.
  3. Arrange potato slices in dish.
  4. Combine broth and 1 1/2 tsp ginger in small bowl;pour over potatoes.
  5. Bake 1 hr.
  6. ,until tender.
  7. In a small bowl combine remaining ginger,sugar and cinnamon;sprinkle over potatoes and bake 20-30 minutes till brown and glazed.
