Ginger-Soy Marinated Halibut

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Let halibut fillets marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Remove halibut from marinade and pat dry with paper toweling. On a hot grill, cook halibut on both sides until thoroughly cooked. Remove from grill and serve.
