Ginger Miso Sesame Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup light colored sesame oil
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp either lemon juice or dry sake

Directions:

  1. Mix in blender or food processor. Goes nicely over mixed greens including shredded cabbage and carrots.
