Ingredients:
2 tbls ginger, minced
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup light colored sesame oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tbls celery, chopped
2 tsp miso paste
2 tbls toasted sesame seeds ground (or tahini)
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls either lemon juice or dry sake
Directions:
1. Mix in blender or food processor. Goes nicely over mixed greens including shredded cabbage and carrots.
