Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large heavy skillet or wok brown sesame seeds in oil.
  2. Add tofu or tempeh and brown.
  3. Now stir in onions, celery, and spinach leaves.
  4. When cooked through, (a few min.), add rice.
  5. If you use eggs, make well in center of rice and drop in beaten eggs.
  6. When eggs are thoroughly cooked, mix with rice and vegetables.
  7. Add 3 T. tamari; mix.
  8. Freeze in ziploc bags.
