Directions:

  1. Place slice of ham in shallow baking pan; broil 15 minutes or until brown.
  2. Remove pan; turn ham, and spread uncooked side with mixture of mustard and maple syrup or honey. Replace under low broiler heat for about 10 minutes, watching closely so that it does not burn.
