Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thaw the peaches, if frozen.
  3. Drain and discard any juice from peaches and place the peaches in a round 8 x 1 1/2 baking dish.
  4. Mix together 3 Tablespoons sugar and 1 Tablespoon flour, sprinkle over peaches and toss to coat.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients except buttermilk.
  6. Drizzle the buttermilk over the oat mixture, then use a fork to combine the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle on top of filling.
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
  9. NOTES : Also good made with pears, berries or apples.
