Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
  2. Add vanilla, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and apples. Mix, then stir in flour and (optional) nuts.
  3. Put in greased 9x13 pan.(Be sure to flour your pan also if using a bundt pan.).
  4. Top with brown sugar.
  5. Bake for 40 mins - 1 hour (depending on your pan)or until toothpick comes out clean.
