Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray. Set aside.
  3. In bowl, combine flours, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  4. Add the egg whites, pumpkin, buttermilk, applesauce, and molasses.
  5. Use electric mixer, beat until just blended than beat on high speed for 2 minuts.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55-65 minutes.
  9. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan, cool completely on wire rack.
