  2. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; coat potatoes with cooking spray. Add olive oil; toss gently. Sprinkle with garlic and remaining ingredients; toss. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 40 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
