Garlic Mashed Potatos

Ingredients:

  • 8 idao potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and boil tell fork tender.
  2. Mash drained potatos.
  3. Mix in sour crean and milk and butter, adding additional milk if neaded.
  4. Serve with gravy.
