Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine the butter, galric, soy sauce, pepper and parsley in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange chicken on cookie sheet and coat with some of the butter mixture, reserving some for basting
  4. Bake for 45 minutes until juices run clear, turning occasionally and basting with remaining butter mixture.
