Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Puree feta, cream cheese, sour cream, zest, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in herbs.
  3. Spread 1/3 of the feta mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/3 of the vegetables.
  4. Roil wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set up the filling.
  5. Slice each wrap into 4 pieces.
