Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour (if possible montana white wheat)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews (or unsalted pistachios, or almonds)
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix together in bowl.
  2. Oven temperature 325.
  3. Place on cookie sheet in square shape 12 an inch thick.
  4. Bake 25 minute
  5. Let cool then into 12 to 1 inch wide stripes.
  6. And enjoy yourself.
