Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in large bowl, make a well, add remaining ingredients and stir just to moisten.
  2. Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool slightly before slicing.
