Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 175 deg .
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla
  4. Fold in the flour and milk alt. starting and finishing with the flour
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites
  6. Pour in a cake pan and bake for 30 mins
  7. When cool slit into 2 .
  8. Place one layer back on the cake tin
  9. Spread the puree for 2-3 tsp
  10. Sprinkle one mango on top
  11. Place the other layer of cake on top
  12. Pour the puree on top
  13. Spread evenly
  14. Decorate on ur own taste,i have decorated with dates
  15. Chill for atleast 4 to 6 hours
