Ingredients:

  • 8- inch (2 1/2 lb) brie
  • 18 oz container of caramel apple dip
  • 1/2 cup dried apples

Directions:

  1. Spread 1/2 of the caramel apple dip on top of the brie.
  2. Arrange dried fruit over the caramel.
  3. Drizzle remaining caramel, warmed, over fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices.
