Ingredients:

  • 12 oz brie round
  • 1 (18 oz) container caramel apple dip
  • 8 oz large cashews

Directions:

  1. Cut off top rind of brie. Center cheese on a plate. Cover with caramel apple dip. Sprinkle with dried fruit, then the cashews. Surround with crackers and serve.
