  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 deg .
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy .
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla .
  4. Fold in the flour and milk alt. starting and finishing with the flour .
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites .
  6. Pour in a cake pan and bake for 35 mins

  8. Beat cream cheese with sugar till smooth with a flat knife .
  9. Add 3/4 portion of the whipped cream .
  10. Add melted chocolate and stir till well .
  11. Mix the gelatin and mix well .
  12. Pour on top of the cake and chill .

  14. Blend strawberries to puree .
  15. Add the 1/4 of the whipped cream .
  16. Add sugar , gelatin . Mix well .
  17. Pour this mixture on top of the chocolate cheese cream
  18. Chill until set .
  19. Decorate
