  • 3 rippen bananas , mashed
  • 160 g flour and 1 tsp baking pwd , sifted

Directions:

  1. 1. Pre heat the oven to 180 deg
  2. 2. Beat the butter and the sugar .
  3. 3. add the eggs one by one and the ginger juice .
  4. 4. fold in the sifted flour .
  5. 5. Bake 60 mins
