Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped apple (other fruits could be used, i found apple works the best)
  • 1/2-1 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions:

  1. Chop apple into squares.
  2. Add yogurt and mix.
  3. Pour in vanilla and mix.
