Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 slices baguette
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook the fruit, sugar, wine and liqueur for 15 minutes, then strain well. Add a little corn syrup for a thicker sauce.
  2. French Toast:
  3. Mix together the eggs, vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, sugar, and cream. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat thoroughly. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat, and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Fruit Sauce.
