Frozen Yogurt Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine ginger snaps and butter.
  3. Press mixture in bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin,sugar and spices.
  7. Stir in frozen yogurt.
  8. Spoon mixture into prepared crust.
  9. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and ground nutmeg.
