  1. Combine all ingredients except beans; chop up/stir hamburger and cook till nicely brown. Add both cans of beans and let simmer for about 7 minutes, then get a potato masher and start mashing the beans and meat. Continue till all the beans are mashed and the dish has a loose spread type of consistency. Great with shredded cheese and corn chips. or if you can get 'em...homemade tortillas!
