Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop the hard-cooked eggs fine and mix with deviled ham. Mix in enough mayonnaise to make a smooth paste. Spread the ham mixture between two slices tomato.
  2. Combine the egg yolks and milk. Dip each sandwich into the batter then into the cracker crumbs mixed with cheese. Fry in butter until lightly browned. Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
