Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 50 g of flour

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs with pepper and salt
  2. Dip tofu and flour into mixture
  3. Put oil into the pan and heat
  4. Dip mixture into it
  5. Fry it until it turns brown
