Ingredients:

  • 350 g eggs
  • 80 g egg yolks
  • 5 g salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 80 g oil
  • 70 g butter
  • 50 g skim milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Gradually blend in wet ingredients until combined.
  3. Bake in little lemon shaped molds at 350 for 20 min until set.
  4. Let cool.
