Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil squash with onion and salt to taste till tender.
  2. Drain and mash.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients and blend.
  4. Regrigerate a few hours.
  5. Shape into balls, roll in corn meal and fry in hot oil until brown.
