Fried Squash Balls

This is a different way to use up your yellow squash in the summer time... Can be used as an appitizer or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
8 to 10 yellow squash, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup rice krispies
1 egg, beaten
dash of worcestershire
corn meal
cooking oil
Directions:
1. Boil squash with onion and salt to taste till tender.
2. Drain and mash.
3. Add next 3 ingredients and blend.
4. Regrigerate a few hours.
5. Shape into balls, roll in corn meal and fry in hot oil until brown.
