  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add cumin seed.
  3. Once cumin seed is brown add onion.
  4. And stir it twice and add the sprout.
  5. Add turmeric, green chilli, salt, powder chilli and cook till cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
