Ingredients:

  • 24 oz of large mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Many mushroom recipes are battered or almost raw, deep fried, or raw added to other dishes, this one is as simple as it gets.
  2. Slice the LARGE whole mushrooms [any type] across the stem taking the skirt and stem off
  3. Then slice again leaving 2/3 of the top and the bottom 1/3
  4. Fry in a hot pan of 1/8 inch grease salting lightly
  5. Turn untill well browned on both sides
  6. Serve fast with breakfast or great for a snack
