Ingredients:

  • 4 to 8 piece thin boneless fish slices
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder 2 tsp lemon juice and
  • 1 tbsp onion paste

Directions:

  1. Wash the fish slices and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. Apply salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice .
  3. Chill for 5 mins .
  4. Now marinate it with the rest of the ings and chill for 30 mins .
  5. Shallow fry until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve with steamed rice and vegetable chowder .
  7. Vegetable Chowder
