Sweet Fried Fish

Ingredients:

  • 6 small fishes or 500 g fish
  • pinch of salt and tumeric pwd
  • 250 g potatoes , cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • pinch of pepper pwd and some spices
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 tbsp dark soysauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet sauce
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Rub tumeric pwd and salt on the fish and deep fry until crispy .
  2. Fry the potato fingers and set aside .
  3. Fry the spices and add the ginger - garlic paste and the pepper pwd .
  4. Saute 1 min .
  5. Add the onions and tomatoes and saute until soft .
  6. Add the green chillies .
  7. After few minutes , add the sauces , salt , water and boil for 2 minutes .
  8. Add the fried stuffs .
  9. Simmer for 3 minutes .
  10. Serve Hot .
